This week, I’ve experienced the fastest and most growth I’ve ever had since moving to Substack. I was stagnant at 256 subscribers for so long that I thought the increase in subscribers was only meant for a few special people, but I wondered why. I’ll share what changed, so stay with me.
At the time of writing this letter, we have a total of 348 subscribers and counting. This means that we’ve had a 36% increase, and that 91 new people would receive this letter in their inbox. Certainly, it is true the word of God that says;
“And out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry: and I will multiply them, and they shall not be few; I will also glorify them, and they shall not be small.”
Jeremiah 30:19
I’ll be minding my own business and I’ll find myself saying “I am a people blessed by God, therefore I walk perpetually in the light of God’s countenance” (Paraphrased Psalm 89:15), and i give credit to the Lord God almighty through Morning Dew every 5:30 am WAT with Apostle Segun Obadje for this.
So, it’s also true that you’ll have whatever you say because you are the first prophet of your life. Thank you, Jesus, for multiplication.

So, what changed?
Something shifted in the spirit realm as we've established. That's definitely correct!
This was me sharing my thoughts in a Substack note on the 23rd of June…
As you can see the post still has 12 likes.
This was me some days ago…
I was over here celebrating 46 likes on a post in less than 24 hours, but God said “Hold my cup”. Here's the very same post I was celebrating about.
That's right! it now has 653 likes, and I dare say most of my new subscribers came from a simple two line note.
Whilst celebrating the number of likes might sound very vain, you have to understand that I'm grateful to God for growth, and if that increase came through a vain metric, then so be it.
I knew I had entered into a flow when I woke up in the middle of the night at my hotel in Lagos about two nights ago, and I saw the notifications of new subscribers in my email. I knew that it wouldn't stop, and I'm still sure of this. This is only the beginning of much more increase still coming.
At this point, I'd like to welcome every new subscriber to my newsletter 😄. Thank you so much for being here. Your subscription means a lot, and as you can see this is a Word Hub, so welcome home.
Over here, we own our life's journeys, tell our own stories boldly, and we are the front cover of our own magazines (If you finally figure out the design that works 😉). We also use social media with so much Consecration.
If you've already read some of our past letters, you've been doing the right thing. Keep it up 👍.
If you haven't, do well to start here
Defeating Perfectionism 🥊× The Consecrated Use Of Social Media
Not only should a letter have gone out on Saturday, I'll probably still spend hours trying to figure out the perfect picture on Pinterest or with Chatgpt that will suit my Substack aesthetics.
And then, there's one of our all-time best reads over here
Glory Triggers × Sarah Jakes Roberts × Busayomi Babalola
It's my roommate, Bisola’s birthday today and I got up to share with her what I thought was a powerful revelation I had discovered lately.
I promise you, I was going to say at some point in this letter that, “Now, let's move on to the topic of today, which is that You Are Being Watched…!”. Then I was going to explain further in a different way, but God had different plans of getting today's message across to you.
If you read this and you still don’t understand how you are being watched and how your faithfulness is being judged, then I might be able to help you in my next newsletter.
Dear Creator,
I was also sharing Growth Tips, knowing that most of my new subscribers are also writers, but the email got too long, I tried to manage the situation, but maybe it's a good thing.
Maybe it's good that you have to look forward to the Growth Tips and more from me.
Till I write to you again,
Stay Consecrated.
Loved this newsletter sister! The Mix of focus on not just God but growth tips and branding is so unique, cant wait to read more!
You have been a testifier all these long. It's beautiful to see how much growth you have put in this journey. Congratulations.
